Lucombe Oak

Myerscough

This is a first generation Lucombe oak, in a state of minor crown decline, on our College campus. It will be an original planting associated with the old Myerscough Hall estate, making the tree over 200 years old. There are great educational opportunities with our arb, hort and landscape students to learn from what your company does with tree amelioration, and to do long term monitoring of the tree.
